  1. Definitions

    2. Customer: the natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement through this website.

  2. Applicability

    1. The seller offers customers the opportunity to purchase services online through this website. These terms and conditions apply to every purchase made by the customer from the seller, form an integral part of the agreement and govern the legal relationship between the parties.
    2. These terms and conditions are made available to the customer and are deemed to have been expressly and irrevocably accepted when the customer makes a purchase, uses the seller’s services or makes a payment to the seller. They take precedence over any other terms and conditions of any kind put forward by the customer.
    3. The seller reserves the right not to accept a purchase by the customer or, where applicable, to terminate an agreement that has already been concluded, without owing the customer any compensation. In such a case, the seller must refund any amounts already paid.
    4. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new version on this website. Any purchase made by the customer after publication of the new version constitutes acceptance of the most recently published version.
    5. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

  3. Price and payment

    1. All prices shown are in euros and are subject to VAT. The total amount payable by the customer is the price stated at the time of purchase.
    2. Payment must be made immediately.

  4. Delivery and performance

    1. After the customer completes the purchase, the service is provided immediately by granting online access.
    2. The service remains available for the period selected by the customer when placing the order.

  5. Loss of the right of withdrawal

    1. The customer confirms and acknowledges that performance of the service begins during the withdrawal period, that the agreement is concluded with the customer’s express consent and that it falls within the scope of Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. The customer therefore acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal.

  6. Liability and warranty

    1. When the customer purchases services, the provisions governing sales to consumers set out in Article 1649bis et seq. of the former Belgian Civil Code apply.
    2. The seller makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. However, the website may at any time contain information that is incomplete, inaccurate or no longer up to date.
    3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller expressly excludes any liability or warranty in relation to the information provided and shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage.
    4. The seller reserves the right to supplement, amend, correct or remove any information provided at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability as a result.
    5. Copyright in all information provided rests with the seller. This information may therefore not be reproduced or communicated without the seller’s prior express permission. No information provided on this website creates any rights for persons who access or consult the website.
    6. The seller endeavours to ensure the continuous availability of the website and all services offered through it, but accepts no responsibility or liability for interruptions, unavailability or delays, regardless of who or what caused them.

  8. Applicable law and competent courts

    1. These terms and conditions of sale and all agreements between the parties are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
    2. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Limburg, Hasselt division, shall have jurisdiction.

Privacy policy

  1. What is personal data, what do we collect and when?

    Personal data is any information that can identify you or be linked to you as an individual. Typical examples of personal data include your name and email address.

    We only collect personal data once you enter into an agreement with us by creating an account. In that case, your email address will be used to keep you informed about the status of your account.

    Your personal data is never shared with third parties unless this is necessary to process your purchase or we are legally required to do so.

    To make a payment, you will be redirected to Mollie's website. Some personal data will therefore be shared with Mollie, including your payment details. As Mollie is responsible for processing this personal data, we refer you to Mollie's privacy policy.

  3. How long do we keep your personal data?

    We do not keep your personal data for longer than necessary, with a maximum of one year after your last use of the service. This means that if you do not use your account for more than one year, it will be deleted automatically.

    We take appropriate security measures to reduce the risk of misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. We ensure that only those who need access to your data can access it, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are reviewed regularly.
